Set Up & Tear Down Team

Are you task oriented, and do you like to work with a team? Do you like working behind the scenes, setting up equipment, and making spaces look neat and put together? If yes, then this is a great spot for you! As a Hospitality Team member, you play an important role in setting up our sanctuary space to be used for ministry events and gatherings. All the chairs and equipment you set up or tear down are used to create a spot or space for individuals to hear the gospel, give their lives to Jesus, get into community, and grow to be faithful disciples of Jesus.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Faithful attendance for 6 months
  • Task oriented
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to lift heavy objects
  • Enjoy working with a team
  • Coachable

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be on time to set up/tear down for an event or after scheduled service.
  • Be courteous and welcoming to everyone around you as you work.
  • Set up/tear down necessary chairs/equipment for scheduled event or gathering.
  • Keep the sanctuary and gathering area organized and clean.
  • Follow set up/tear down diagram(s).
  • Place Bibles on every third chair in each row.
  • Communicate with the team leader if unavailable to serve when scheduled.
