As a Hospitality Team member, you play a vital role in helping guests feel welcome, connecting them into relationships, and influencing their spiritual growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be on time when scheduled: Saturday at 4:30pm, Sunday at 8:45am or 10:30am.
- Wear your name tag/lanyard so that you are identifiable to guests.
- Smile and be approachable.
- Without being obvious, look for new guests or families coming through the door.
- Warmly approach a new guest or family, introduce yourself, and ask how you may help.
- Briefly orient new guests to the building (bathrooms, refreshments, kid’s check-ins, welcome table, sanctuary.).
- Learn the names of guests and write down names of new guests and families that you meet.
- If you see them next week, welcome them by their first name.
- Be ready to help answer questions or refer them to the appropriate person.
